EXPERIENCE
- I
have been involved in work as an Expert Witness since 1988 in
both Criminal and Civil cases for the defence and claimant in
matters of assault, negligence, and compensation.
- I
have given evidence in Court both for Criminal and Civil cases.
- I
have been appointed by the NHS Executive to act as Advisor and
Assessor on NHS Tribunals in cases of alleged negligence.
- I
have acted for the defence and prosecution on Tribunals of the
Chartered Society of Physiotherapy in cases of negligence, Professional
and Serious Professional Misconduct.
