Acupuncture

In Japanese Acupuncture the techniques used are more gentle, comfortable yet extremely effective. Toyohari is a unique style developed by blind master acupuncturists. Silver needles are used which do not penetrate the skin making it non-invasive and comfortable for the most sensitive or anxious of patients. Where needle insertion is used fine gauge needles are tapped just below the skin surface which is easy and painless.
Acupuncture strengthens a person's natural healing ability, speeds up recovery from disease, relieves symptoms and pain, and is a preventative way of protecting one's health and well-being.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a holistic approach to medicine that considers the whole person and not
just painful symptoms. Osteopaths use a wide range of treatment techniques to suit each individual thus enabling the body to restore itself to good health and better function. They provide a comprehensive and integrated approach to people of all ages from the newborn to the mature.
